Body, mind and emotions
Mind (thoughts) and emotions rule the body. Emotions affect the body and thoughts, the state of the body affects emotions and thoughts. Everything is one and interconnected. And our main goal is to develop psycho-emotional skills through the development of technical skills and vice versa.
